RAWALPINDI: The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has strongly condemned the Chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party for leveling highly irresponsible and baseless allegations against a senior serving military officer without providing any evidence.
In a statement issued today (Monday), the ISPR described the allegation as fabricated, malicious, and completely unfounded.
The ISPR stated that it is extremely unfortunate, deplorable, and unacceptable that such baseless allegations are being made against the military and intelligence agencies’ officials. This pattern of targeting and propagating insinuations against them for political objectives has been observed for the past year, ISPR stated.
The ISPR urged the political leader responsible for making these allegations to seek legal recourse and cease from making false accusations.
