JEDDAH: A delegation of Islamic scholars has held a consultative meeting with representatives and ambassadors of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Kabul, Afghanistan, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Friday.
On the occasion, OIC Special Envoy Dr. Qutb Mustafa Sanu appreciated the ambassadors for their efforts in strengthening relations, partnerships, and coordination between OIC member nations and the authority in Afghanistan.

The OIC Special Envoy also presented a briefing regarding the purpose of the delegation’s trip to Kabul, reiterating the keenness of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and its Secretary General Hissein Taha on empowering Afghani girls and women and ensuring the return to educational institutions.
