Islamabad’s Underpass Initiative For Streamlining Traffic Flow

ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi led a high-level meeting with CDA and NESPAK officials, urging accelerated progress on constructing two vital underpasses in Islamabad.

The underpasses, slated for Serena Chowk and Srinagar highway, aim to alleviate traffic congestion and enhance city connectivity.

Naqvi emphasized maintaining full underpass height for smooth transit and assigned personal oversight to CDA and Chief Commissioner Islamabad. NESPAK presented initial designs, with Naqvi stressing swift project completion.

The initiative reflects Islamabad’s commitment to modernizing infrastructure for improved urban mobility.
