ISLAMABAD: A new train service will soon connect Pakistan’s capital Islamabad and its sister city Rawalpindi in just 20 minutes. This means people will be able to travel quickly and easily between the two cities. The Ministry of Interior announced this on Monday.

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Railways Minister Hanif Abbasi discussed the project in a meeting. Important officials, including Minister of State Tallal Chaudhry, also attended. They decided that the train would run from Margalla Station in Islamabad to Saddar Station in Rawalpindi.
