Iran’s FM Blames Washington for Gaza War

TEHRAN: Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said on Thursday that Washington is completely involved in Gaza war. He was speaking at a United Nations meeting in Geneva alongside his counterparts from other Middle Eastern nations.

He said that Israel would not be able to continue to war without Washington’s support” and unless immediate action is taken to end the violent attacks by Israel on Gaza, the conflict might spread to other areas of the region.

Earlier, the health ministry in Gaza said that Israeli troops had opened fire at hospital wards, raising fears for the safety of 12 kids in paediatric care. In a statement health ministry spokesperson Ashraf Al-Qudra said that the occupation Israeli troops have tightened the siege and the attacking of Kamal Adwan hospital, firing at wards and courtyards. He expressed feared the death of 12 kids in paediatric care who are already deprived of milk and are without life support equipment in the hospital. He said that Israeli troops had attacked the Kamal Adwan hospital in the north of the Palestinian territory.

Since October, 7 Israel has bombarded Gaza from the air and land, imposed a siege and mounted a ground attack. Gaza Health Ministry said that more than 18,787 innocent Palestinian civilians mostly women and children have been killed and over 50,897 wounded in the Israeli attack.

Israel also admitted its worst combat losses in more than a month in the war in the Gaza Strip, and confronted growing diplomatic isolation as civilian demises mounted and a humanitarian disaster worsened in the Palestinian territory.
