TEHRAN: Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi on Sunday warned that Israel’s relentless and brutal bombardment of Gaza “may force everyone” to take action.
Israel intensified its attacks on the Gaza Strip after the Hamas attack on October 7. Gaza’s health ministry reported a staggering death toll of more than 8,000, including half being children, in the besieged enclave inhabited by 2.4 million Palestinian people.
In a statement shared on X, formerly Twitter, President Raisi condemned Israel’s actions, stating, “The crimes of the Zionist regime have crossed the red lines, and this may force everyone to take action.” He criticized the United States, alleging that while Washington urged restraint, it continued to provide extensive support to Israel.
