Indonesia Ambassador Calls on Pakistan’s Minister Jamal Shah

ISLAMABAD: Adam Tugio, Indonesian Ambassador in Pakistan, paid a courtesy call on Pakistan’s Caretaker Federal Minister for National Heritage and Cultural Division Jamal Shah, on Monday.

The envoy congratulated Jamal Shah on assuming charge as Federal Minister.

During the meeting, both discussed several areas of cooperation, with a special emphasis on increasing cultural exchange and people-to-people contact between Pakistan and Indonesia, particularly in the sectors of culture, TV dramas, Film, and tourism, to create deeper understanding between the people of both nations.

Jamal Shah Highlights Future Prospects

The minister underlined future prospects for collaboration between the Indonesian Embassy and the National Heritage and Cultural Division.

He highlighted the potential to further consolidate the bilateral and cultural relations between the two nations.

They also discussed setting up of Pak-Indonesia Corner at the National Library of Pakistan in Islamabad.

Jamal Shah lauded the interest in the cultural exchange program between the two brotherly nations and assured full cooperation.
