ISLAMABAD: Indonesia will aim to learn more about better governance at World Government Summit which will begin on 13 February in Dubai, its ambassador to the UAE, Husin Bagis, said on Thursday.
The event, which will end on 15 February, has been organized under the theme of “Shaping Future Generation”.
As many as 20 heads of state, along with 80 leaders of international organizations, over 250 ministers, and thousands of government officials, are expected to attend.
Indonesia President to deliver keynote speech at UAE summit
Indonesia’s delegation will be headed by Deputy Minister for Manpower Afriansyah Noor, while President Joko Widodo is scheduled to deliver a keynote speech virtually.
Bagis, while speaking to Arab News, said that the country’s leadership hopes through the event they would learn better and more advanced means of governance.
