The United Nations on January 1, 1948, promised that the future of the territory would be decided by plebiscite, a press release issued on Tuesday said.
The Sikh leader criticized the Modi government for abrogating Article 370 of the Indian constitution to say that “Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India”.
