The 35-year-old Indian woman traveled to Pakistan legally on a valid visa and then wedded Nasrullah, her social media friend, after accepting Islam.
A video has also surfaced on different platforms of social media where Mr. Abbasi was seen visiting Nasrullah and Anju at their house.

Earlier, media reported that an Indian woman named Anju traveled to the Upper Dir district of Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province to meet her Facebook friend, Nasrullah, whom she befriended on the social media platform a few months ago.
Anju, a married woman from India’s Uttar Pradesh state, arrived in Upper Dir with a one-month visit visa to spend time with her 29-year-old friend, Nasrullah, who works in the medical field. The two developed a friendship through Facebook, leading Anju to embark on her journey to Pakistan.
