MIRPUR (Bangladesh): India will have to score 100 runs more to win the Mirpur Test against hosts Bangladesh, as they were 45 for 4 at the end of the day-3 game at Shere Bangla National Stadium, Mirpur, Bangladesh, on Saturday.
Hosts bowlers will have to snare six opponents’ batters to claim a victory. Bangladesh could score only 231 runs in their second innings, as they were 87 runs deficit in the first innings, as India had scored 314 runs in their first innings.
At the end of the three-day game, India were 45 for 4, as top-order batters collapsed at the start of the innings. Mehidy Hasan Mirza claimed three wickets, and Shakib chipped in one wicket.
