ISLAMABAD: India, after the humiliating failure of its much-hyped G20 conference in Srinagar, has been in a fix due to the non-attendance of most of the member nations.
In view of human rights violations and security, most nations sent their lower-level officials to participate, and the summit failed miserably after China refused to participate along with Turkiye, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia, who had flatly refused to participate.
It severely affected Indian efforts to normalize Indian aggression, brutality, and human rights violations in the Illegally Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
India’s human rights violations cannot be ignored
The key statement of the United Nations’ main rapporteur on the minority issues also came to light in which it said that India’s organizing the G20 meeting in IIOJK cannot ignore the facts of tyranny and atrocities.
Chinese Foreign Ministry also said in a statement that it strongly opposed the organizing of the G20 conference in disputed areas and would not participate in any such gathering.
The Indian government had deployed para security forces, Marine Commando, Vikas Force and 18 Central Reserve Police Force, and National Security Guard for the security of the meeting.
