GILGIT: Chief Minister Gilgit Baltistan Haji Gulbar Khan says that India has turned Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) into the world’s largest military cantonment confining Muslims to their homes.
In his message on Youm-e-Istehsal he said the evil attempt of India to end the special status of Kashmir on August 5, 2019, has been rejected by the global community.
He said that the deceptive face of India has been exposed around the world due to its atrocities on the innocent and oppressed people of IIOJK.
CM GB said by declaring the special status of IIOJK, India has violated the United Nations Security Council resolutions, adding that Kashmir will get independence and joins Pakistan.
India usurped all rights of Kashmiris’
Chief Minister Haji Gulber said Indian conspiracies must be foiled as the country is usurping the rights of the people in IIOJK.
He said the day is not far when the suffering of the people of IIOJK will come to an end.

The CM said the people of Gilgit-Baltistan have always stood by the oppressed people of Kashmir and soon they will get rid of the Indian occupation. He added that scarifies of the Kashmiri people would not go in vain.
He said it is evident from the historical relationship of the people of Gilgit-Baltistan with their Kashmiri brothers that they will not hesitate to make any kind of sacrifice for the oppressed brothers and sisters of Kashmir.
