The district and sessions court in Islamabad was set to resume hearing into the Toshakhana case against Imran Khan, who previously evaded arrest despite a protracted effort by police and other law enforcement personnel to arrest him for skipping multiple previous hearings.
The PTI leader was scheduled to appear before Additional District and Sessions Judge (ADSJ) Zafar Iqbal for the hearing on the complaint filed by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for allegedly concealing details of gifts in his assets’ declarations.
