ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday extended its order barring authorities from arresting Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI chief and former prime minister Imran Khan in any case till May 31.
The court issued the orders during the hearing of a PTI plea seeking details of cases registered against the former premier. The plea said the PTI chief had been booked in over 100 cases.
The federal government — represented by the additional attorney general for Pakistan, the advocate general for Pakistan, and the state counsel — sought time from the court to provide details of the cases registered against the PTI chief.
Approving their request, the court adjourned the hearing till May 31.
