ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) officials said on Wednesday that tripping complaints on more than 40 feeders have been recorded due to ongoing and intermittent rain in its different operation circles.
The affected feeders included F 7/1, Upper Topa, Lohi Bhair, Gulberg 5, Service Road, Fateh Jang, A Block, Dhok Hassu, Morgah, Jand City, Radio Park, Lalazar, Ghraib Wall, etc. Power supply to the areas connected with these feeders has been suspended.
The IESCO said the operation teams were making all-out efforts to restore power supply and clear faults in the affected areas at the earliest. However, due to continuous rain, the operation staff was facing difficulties, they said. —APP
