DHAKA: Huawei, the telecommunication company of China, has said it will introduce more high-quality technologies and solutions to build a completely connected and “intelligent Bangladesh”.
With a renewed commitment to expediting the development of Bangladesh, the company celebrated its twenty-five years of operation in the country on Thursday.
Hundreds of guests, including Yao Wen, the Chinese envoy in Dhaka, Bangladeshi Planning Minister MA Mannan, and Minister for Post and Telecommunications Mustafa Jabbar, participated in the celebration event, Xinhua reported.
Huawei prioritizes Bangladesh’s development
Addressing the event, the President of Huawei South Asia and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Huawei Bangladesh, Pan Junfeng, said Huawei has always prioritized the development of Bangladesh in the last twenty-five years and will continue to do so in the coming years.
