SANA, Yemen: Yemen’s Houthi expressed strong support for Hezbollah’s recent attacks on Israel and reiterated their own intentions to retaliate against Israeli actions.
In a statement released on Sunday, the Houthis praised Hezbollah and its Secretary-General for what they described as a “great and courageous” offensive against Israeli targets.
This comes amid heightened tensions in the region, with the Houthis signaling that they are prepared to respond forcefully to the Israeli strikes on the Hodeida port, which is under their control.
The statement made it clear that retaliation for the July 20 Israeli attacks on Hodeida is imminent, reinforcing the group’s commitment to acting against what they view as aggression by Israel.
