BEIRUT: Hezbollah has said it fired a barrage of rockets today at Israeli troops near a village in southern Lebanon, where the Israeli military has conducted ground offensives for weeks.
AFP reported that the Iran-backed group said that its fighters had launched a “salvo of rockets” at Israeli forces on the outskirts of the village of Aita Al-Shaab, the scene of regular clashes Hezbollah reported with Israeli troops over the last two weeks.
