Mango Craze in Pakistan
Mangoes are one of the most beloved fruits in Pakistan as they are liked for their sweetness and delicious taste. They have several other qualities, including the capability of enabling a healthy digestive system. Mangoes contain digestive enzymes that help in breaking down larger food molecules into easily dissolvable elements to be absorbed by the body.
Dr Khawaja Waseem Abbass said that despite the many benefits of mangoes, one should not eat them excessively as it can cause problems in the body due to a misbalance of enzymes. One should keep balanced usage of mangoes to avoid damage to the human body.
