Grand Mosque Welcomes Hajj Pilgrims

ISLAMABAD: The Presidency for Religious Affairs at the Two Holy Mosques in Saudi Arabia warmly welcomed the first group of Hajj pilgrims, providing them with gifts, informational materials and a wide variety of enriching religious programmes.

The effort aims to improve the spiritual path of the holy pilgrimage, the Saudi Press Agency said.

The presidency reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to enhance the pilgrimage experience through the implementation of “top-notch enriching initiatives” that use advanced technology, digital resources, contemporary media, artificial intelligence and translation services to facilitate access to religious guidance and ensure pilgrims benefit maximally from available services.

In addition, the presidency aims to “promote the moderate message of the Two Holy Mosques globally”, in line with the goals of the Saudi leadership, and offer excellent religious services that exemplify the principles of tolerance and moderation. —APP
