ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s federal government on Saturday increased the price of petrol by 10 rupees per litre, taking the price to 282 rupees per litre, national media reported.

Finance Minister Ishaq Dar made the announcement of new prices and said that the PML-N led coalition government has decided to increase the price by 10 rupees per litre. The minister added that the prices for light speed diesel and high speed diesel will remain unchanged.
As per the press statement issued by the Ministry of Finance, the price of Kerosene oil per litre also saw surge of 5.78 rupees, taking the price per litre to 186.07 rupees.
