ISLAMABAD: All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association said on Wednesday that the cost of per tola 24-karat gold went up by Rs1,500 and was sold at Rs225,400 as compared to its sale at Rs 223,900 on the previous trading day.
Similarly, the cost of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also went up by Rs 1,286 to Rs193,244 from Rs 191,958. The price of 10 grams 22 karat gold increased to Rs177,140 from Rs 175,962. The price of ten-gram and per tola silver remained constant at Rs 2,229.08 and Rs 2,600 respectively.
According to the report, the price of gold also went up in the international market by $13 and was sold at $2,148 compared to yesterday’s $2,135. —APP
