ISLAMABAD: The cost of 24-carat gold per tola rose by Rs. 800 on Monday, reaching Rs. 211,800, compared to its earlier sale price of Rs. 211,000 on the last trading day.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold increased by Rs. 686, reaching Rs. 181,584 from its previous value of Rs. 180,898. 10 grams of 22-carat gold saw an increase to Rs. 166,452 from Rs. 165,824, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.
The prices for per tola and ten grams of silver remained unchanged at Rs. 2,580 and Rs. 2,211.93, respectively.
Internationally, the price of gold saw a slight increase of $2, rising to $1,960 from its previous value of $1,958, as reported by the Association. —APP
