KARACHI: All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association on Tuesday said that the per tola cost of 24-karat of gold increased by Rs. 1,600 and was sold at Rs 285,000 as compared to its sale at Rs.283,400 on the last day.
Likewise, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs. 1,372 and was sold at Rs 244,342 against the sale price of Rs. 242,970 and 10 gram 22-karat gold also increased to Rs 223,980 from Rs 222,722.
The price of per tola and ten gram silver remained stagnant at Rs3,350 and Rs.2,872.08 respectively.
The Association reported that in the international market the price of gold also increased by $16 to $2,755 from $2,739.
