ISLAMABAD: The price of 24-carat gold per Tola rose by Rs1,100 on Friday, reaching Rs.214,400 per tola, compared to its previous rate of Rs 213,300 on the last trading day.
Similarly, the cost of 10 grams of 24-carat gold increased by Rs943, now at Rs183,813, up from Rs182,870. Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of 22-carat gold also experienced an uptick, rising to Rs168,496 from its previous Rs167,631, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.
However, there was no change in the prices of silver, with both per Tola and ten grams remaining stable at Rs2,580 and Rs2,211.93, respectively. In the international market, the price of gold remained steady at $2,005, as reported by the Association. —APP
