ISLAMABAD: On Monday, the cost of 24-carat gold per tola declined Rs. 600, settling at Rs. 215,700, compared to its previous rate of Rs. 215,300 on the last trading day.
Similarly, the price for 10 grams of 24-carat gold experienced a decrease of Rs. 514, reaching Rs. 184,071, down from Rs. 184,585. Meanwhile, the rates for 10 grams of 22-carat gold dropped to Rs. 168,731 from Rs. 169,203, as the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association reported.
In contrast, the price of silver remained constant at Rs. 2,600 per tola and Rs. 22,229.08 per ten grams. Internationally, the cost of gold faced a reduction of $8, marking a shift from $2,050 to $2,042, according to the Association’s report. —APP
