Gold Rates Dip by Rs.1,800 per Tola in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: The All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association reported that the per tola price of 24-karat gold in Pakistan decreased by Rs.1,800 and was traded at Rs.228,300 on Wednesday as compared to its sale at Rs.230,100 on the previous trading day.

Likewise, the cost of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also went down by Rs.1,544 to Rs195,730 from Rs.197,274, whereas 10 grams of 22-karat gold decreased to Rs.179,420 from Rs180,834.

However, the cost of per ten-gram and per tola silver witnessed no change and was being sold at Rs2,229.08 and Rs2,600 respectively.

The Association said that in the international market, the price of gold also decreased by $18 and was traded at $2,179 from $2,197.
