ISLAMABAD: On Wednesday, the per tola price of 24-carat gold experienced a decline of Rs.1,300, reaching Rs.218,100 as opposed to its previous rate of Rs.219,400 in the last trading session.
Similarly, the cost of 10 grams of 24-carat gold decreased by Rs.1,114, settling at Rs.186,986 compared to Rs.188,100. The price of 10 grams of 22-carat gold also dipped to Rs.171,403 from Rs.172,425.
In contrast, the prices for per tola silver and ten-gram silver remained constant, closing at Rs.2,600 and Rs.2,229.08, respectively.
Internationally, the price of gold experienced a decrease of $9, falling to $2,048 from $2,057, as reported by the Association. —APP
