Gold Price in International Market

Like the local bullion market, the rates of the yellow metal in the international market also witnessed an increase and went up by $3 to reach $2,043 per ounce from its previous price of $.2,040 per ounce.

The price of precious metal in the local bullion market is mostly influenced by the rates in the international market and sometimes due to the change in the value of the local currency. The last couple of days witnessed a slight decrease in US currency against Pakistani rupee, affecting the local bullion market. However, on Monday, the rates at the local market went up due to the increase in the international market.
