Gold Price up by Rs 1,300 to Close at Rs 213,100 Per Tola

ISLAMABAD: After observing a decline of Rs 2400 last day, the per tola price of 24 karats of gold went up by Rs 1,300 and was available in the market at Rs 213,100 on Friday against to its sale at Rs 211,800 on the previous day.

Meanwhile, according to All Sindh Jewellers Association, the price of 10 grams of 24 karat of gold also appreciated by Rs 1,114 to close at Rs 182,698 from its last day rates of Rs 181,584 while the prices of 10 grams of the 22 karats of the precious metal increased to Rs 167,474 from its previous day price of Rs 166,452.

However, like the last couple of days, the price of per tola and ten grams of the white plate (Silver) remained constant at Rs 2,580 and 2,211.93 respectively.

Gold Price in International Market

Like the local market, the price of the yellow plate in the international market also witnessed an increase and went up by $7 to settle at $1975 per ounce from its last day price of $1,968 per ounce.

Price of the gold in the local market mostly influenced by the price in the international market or some time due to the devaluation of the local currency against the US dollar.
