Gold Price Remains Stable at Rs.215,500 Per Tola

ISLAMABAD: After the recent fluctuation in the last week, the per tola price of 24 karats of gold remained stable and constant at Rs.215,500 on Friday

According to All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association the rates for the 10 grams of 24 karats of the precious metal also observed no change at Rs.184,756 whereas 10 gram of the 22 karats of gold observed the same treatment Rs.169,360.

Like the previous day, rates for the per tola and ten grams of the white gold (Silver) also remained unchanged to close at Rs.2,600 and 2,229.08 respectively.

Gold Price in International Market

Like the local bullion market, the price of the precious metal in the international market also observed no significant change during last couple of days, as on Friday, it remained constant at $2,053, per ounce.

After the recent announcement by Chairman US Central Bank, Jerome Powell, to delay the rate cut, (expected in March) taking the economic indicators up and bringing the price of gold down.

During last week, the price of yellow plate in the international market went down by a more than $30 per ounce. The Price for the yellow metal in the local market usually influenced by the rates in the international market.
