ISLAMABAD: The price per tola 24 karat gold increased by Rs 2200 on Monday, reaching a record Rs 174,900 per tola as compared to Rs 172,700 during the previous day.
According to All Sindh Sarafa Jewelers Association, the rates of 10-gram 24-karat gold also up by Rs 1886 to Rs 149,948 from Rs 148,062, while the price of 10 gram 22 karat gold reached Rs 137,453 from Rs 135,724, reported.

Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola increased by Rs 40, reaching Rs 2020, whereas 10-gram silver increased by Rs 34.29 to Rs 1731.82.
The gold price in the international market increased by $ 3 to $1,796 against $1,793 the previous day.
