Gold Price in International Market
Like the local market, the price of the yellow metal in the international market also witnessed a slight decrease and went down by $7 to settle at $1,992 per ounce from its last-day price of $1,999.
During the last couple of days, the price of the precious metal in the international market recorded a continued surge; even on the last day, it went by $27 dollar per ounce, affecting the local bullion market in Pakistan.
In addition, the increase in the price in the international market is also attributed to the recent escalating Israel-Hamas conflict that drew investors to focus on investing in gold.
