Ingredients

For the Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp chopped garlic

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/2 tsp red chilli flakes

1 ½ tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper powder

For the Beef Patty

1 kg beef mince

2 egg yolks

1 tbsp black pepper powder

1 tbsp salt

1 tsp red chilli flakes

1 tbsp mustard paste

2 tbsp oil (for cooking)

Cheddar cheese slices (as needed)

For Assembling

Toasted buns (as needed)

Mayonnaise (as needed)

Prepared sauce (as needed)

Lettuce leaves (as needed)

Prepared beef patties (as needed)

Onion rings (as needed)

Gold paper (for decoration)

Directions:

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, onion, red chili flakes, salt, black pepper powder, and mix well.

In another bowl, mix beef mince, egg yolks, black pepper, salt, red chili flakes, and mustard paste. Shape the mixture into patties.

Heat oil in a pan and cook the beef patties until fully done on both sides.

Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cook until the cheese melts. Stack another patty and cheese on top to create a double-decker patty. Set aside.

Spread mayonnaise on the burger buns and toast them until golden brown.

Spread the prepared sauce on the toasted buns, then add lettuce leaves, the double-decker beef patty with cheese, and onion rings. Place the other half of the bun.

Finally, wrap the top bun with gold paper for a luxurious finish. Your Gold Burger is ready to serve.
