GILGIT: The Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) government is set to organize an Investment Road Show on October 12 to highlight the region’s investment potential and attract investment in various fields.
Chief Secretary Muhiudeen Wani on Friday said that Road Show will focus on priority sectors including hospitality, tourism, agriculture, information technology, hydropower generation, and minerals.

Gilgit-Baltistan to Become Investment Hub
Muhiudeen Wani said that the government is dedicated to adopt investor-friendly policies and provide facilities to investors. He said the road show is a significant step toward achieving the goal of attracting investment.
Inspired by the efforts of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), the Gilgit Baltistan government is making dedicated efforts to showcase the region’s potential and encourage both local and foreign investments.
Concrete investment proposals will be presented, and existing investors who have already invested in GB and are benefiting from it will share their experiences to boost investor confidence, emphasized the chief secretary.
