RIYADH: The secretary-general of the Gulf Cooperation Council has held a meeting with the European Union (EU) ’s ambassador to Saudi Arabia on Tuesday in Riyadh, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi and Christophe Farnaud during the meeting at the headquarters of the GCC talked about the agenda of the joint ministerial meeting between the GCC and the EU, which is scheduled to be held on October 9-10 in Oman.

Albudaiwi in his remarks said the GCC countries and the EU were always seeking to enhance cooperation and develop ties.
The two sides reviewed bilateral relations, while progress in implementing the strategic partnership between the GCC and the EU and the joint work program 2022-2027 were also discussed in the meeting.
