GUANGZHOU: Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi, underscored the exceptional and multifaceted relationship between the GCC member states and China.
These relations are characterized by excellence, idealism, and diversification, representing a strong bond that spans various dimensions, with a particular emphasis on economic and trade connections.
This affirmation of the robust GCC-China relationship came during a meeting on Saturday between Secretary General Albudaiwi and Chinese Minister of Commerce, Wang Wentao. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the inaugural session of the Trade and Industry Ministers’ meetings between GCC countries and China in the city of Guangzhou.
The discussions during the meeting encompassed a wide range of topics, with a primary focus on the mutual dedication of both the GCC and Chinese parties to further enhance, broaden, and solidify their economic and trade collaborations across all sectors.
