RIYADH: The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary-General, Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi has said that the dangerous statements and remarks by an Israeli minister in the occupying government about the use of a nuclear bomb on Gaza underline the extremism of the Zionist occupation against the people of Palestine, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday.
“The dangerous statements by a minister in the Israeli occupying government about the use of a nuclear bomb on Gaza are a call for genocide, confirming the brutality and extremism of the Zionist occupation against the Palestinians, and its grave and current violations in Gaza, along with its disregard for the lives of innocent people in Palestine,” Albudaiwi said.
GCC Chief Condemns Israeli Minister’s Statements on Nuking Gaza
The GCC chief called for holding the Israeli government answerable for this reckless threat, SPA added. Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi strongly denounced these unbalanced actions and acts, which could exacerbate the current crisis in Gaza and underscore the Israeli occupation’s intent to persist in this strike in violation of all global conventions, laws and norms.
