CAIRO: Pakistan’s National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) said on Friday that humanitarian aid and help from Pakistan arrived at Al-Arish, Egypt to deliver to Gaza.
Pakistan’s National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), wrote on its social media account, “Pakistan humanitarian help aircraft sent by NDMA carrying 90 tons of relief items and medical aid has landed at Al-Arish, Egypt”. It further added, “Pakistan Ambulances handed over aid and help to the Egyptian Red Crescent Society for onward delivery to people in Gaza, Palestine”.

Earlier, the Government of Pakistan dispatched the special aircraft carrying humanitarian aid to Gaza to demonstrate solidarity, respect and love with the people of Palestine.

Pakistan’ first aid package includes 1,000 winter tents, 4,000 blankets and 3 tons medicine and daily utilities items to alleviate suffering of the innocent Palestinians people in Gaza. The initial help has been sent with the dedicated help of Pakistan Army and the NDMA and this help would bring Gaza’s distress people a quick relief.

As per media reports, many oversees Pakistanis living abroad are also sending aid including medicine and eatable items to needy people in Gaza.
