RAWALPINDI: Funeral prayers of Sepoy Afzal Khan Shaheed and Sepoy Imran Ullah Shaheed were offered at Badar Gah in Mardan and Sarai Sar in Bajaur, respectively. Both soldiers embraced Shahadat while fighting bravely during an exchange of fire between terrorists and Army troops in Spinwam, North Waziristan District.

According to ISPR, senior serving and retired officers and soldiers, relatives, and a large number of people attended the funerals. The Shaheeds were laid to rest with full military honours.
