RAWALPINDI: The funeral prayers of martyred soldiers of Pakistan Army who embraced martyrdom in Thursday’s motorcycle-borne suicide blast in the Jani Khel area of the Bannu district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were offered at Bannu, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a press release.

According to ISPR, the martyred soldiers will be laid to rest with full military honour in their respective hometowns. Senior serving military and civil administrative officers and troops attended the funeral prayers.
Armed Forces of Pakistan stand committed and resolute to eliminate the menace of terrorism from the motherland at all costs, ISPR reaffirmed.
