KARACHI: A fast and easy sweet prepared with golden brown fried bread topped with a rich and creamy custard. This recipe is very easy and even a beginner can also try it.
Ingredients
Milk: ½ liter
Sugar: 1 cup
Vanilla Essence: 1 teaspoon
Corn Flour Mixture: 2-3 tablespoons
Condensed Milk: 3 – 4 tablespoons
Cream: 2 – 3 tablespoons
Bread as required
Pistachio For garnish
Preparation
In a large tub, add sugar, milk, vanilla essence and whisk well for around ten minutes.
Add corn flour mixture and stir. Add condensed milk, cream and blade well for about 5 minutes, then keep it aside.
Then take a slice of bread and cut the sides off. Cut it into three-sided pieces.
Now fry all these slices in pre-heated oil.
Top with creamy mixture on it. Garnish with pistachio nuts.
