DUBAI: French Algerian singer Lolo Zouai and Australian record producer Kito took to social media on Saturday to announce their upcoming collaborative track titled “Sticky.” The artists shared the news with their fans, stating that the song will be released on Friday, July 21.
In anticipation of the release, Kito also shared a snippet of the drum and bass track on TikTok, generating excitement among their followers. This collaboration comes after Lolo Zouai’s highly acclaimed Play Girl tour earlier this year.
Expressing her excitement about the tour, Zouai posted on Instagram when it was first announced, stating, “I think it’s time that we party and dance. It’s going to be amazing… I’m so excited to reunite with all my Lo-riders & Playgirls around the world and sing together next year.” The tour kicked off in London on March 8 and has since visited various cities in the US, France, Canada, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands, comprising over 30 shows.
Lolo Zouai Interested in Visiting Middle East
Zouai, who splits her time between Brooklyn and Los Angeles, has also expressed interest in visiting the Middle East. Responding to fans’ requests for her presence in the Arab world, she commented on her post, saying, “I see you Asia, Australia, MENA, and South America! Stay tuned.”
“Play Girl,” Zouai’s second album, was released in October and features 13 tracks. The singer received further recognition when she was featured on a billboard in New York City’s Times Square, an achievement she celebrated on social media, expressing gratitude for the opportunity and emphasizing the importance of manifestation and hard work.
The album’s release received support from her fans, including British hitmaker Dua Lipa, who shared the album cover image on her Instagram stories, urging her followers to stream it. Zouai also took to Instagram to celebrate the success of one of her hit songs, “Desert Rose,” a track that pays homage to her North African roots and holds personal significance for her.
