France, Turkey, Iraq Strongly Condemn Terrorist Attacks in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: France, Turkey, and Iraq have strongly condemned the terrorist attacks in Mastung, Balochistan, and Hangu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, local media reported on Friday. As per media reports, these nations expressed their solidarity with Pakistan and its people.

France, Turkey, Iraq Strongly Condemn Terrorist Attacks in Pakistan

In separate statements by the respective ministries of France, Turkey, and Iraq conveyed sympathies and condolences to the families of the victims and the government of Pakistan. France denounced in the strongest terms the terrorist attacks in Pakistan. A statement of the French government said, “France strongly condemns the terrorist attacks perpetrated during religious processions in Pakistan. France expressed its condolences to the families of the victims and wished for a speedy recovery of the injured people.

Turkey strongly condemned terrorist attacks in Pakistan and expressed solidarity with Pakistan. In a statement, the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that they expressed deep sorrow and grief over the terrorist attack in Pakistan. It added that Ankara shared the deep grief of the Government and people of Pakistan. It said, “We condemn this terrible attack targeting a place of worship on this holy day, convey condolences to the families of the victims, and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded,”. The statement maintained that Ankara would continue to support Pakistan with resolve in its fight against terrorism.

Meanwhile, Iraq strongly denounced the two terrorist attacks in Pakistan. In a statement, the Foreign Ministry of Iraq said that Baghdad expressed its condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims and its solidarity with Pakistan.
