QUETTA: Former Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court Noor Muhammad Maskanzai was assassinated in gun attack in Kharan district of Balochistan here on Friday evening.
According to the police, the former Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court Maskanzai was shot dead by unknown assailants when he was offering prayers in a mosque.
Police said that as a result of firing, the former Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court was seriously injured and shifted to Kharan Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Noor Muhammad Maskanzai had retired from the Balochistan High Court in August 2018
