UNITED NATIONS: Caretaker Minister for Foreign Affairs Jalil Abbas Jilani arrived at the Pakistan Mission to the United Nations here on Monday, where he was received by Deputy Permanent Representative Mohammad Amir Khan.
The foreign minister is part of Pakistan’s delegation led by Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar to attend the 78th Session of the United Nations General Assembly to be held from 18 September till 26 September in New York.
After his arrival, High Representative of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) Miguel Angel Moratinos called on Foreign Minister Jilani, where both the dignitaries discussed issues of mutual interest.
