DOHA: There is some bad news for fans of Neymar as the football star will miss Brazil’s next FIFA World Cup match against Switzerland.

Neymar suffered ankle injury during his team’s first win against Serbian team on Thursday. Brazil team doctor said on Friday that the 30 years old Neymar had suffered “ligament damage”.
Dr. Rodrigo Lasmar also confirmed that Neymar will not take part in the next FIFA World Cup match against Switzerland. He said that Danilo will also not be included in the game against Switzerland.
Dr. Rodrigo Lasmar added that the team Brazil will not have Neymar and Danilo for the next match. He said that the players will be given all medical facilities with aim of recovering timely for the rest of the tournament.
Brazil beat Serbia in Football World Cup
Earlier, Brazil beat Serbia by 2-0 in the World Cup Match while South American nation’s superstar Neymar suffered injury.
Brazilian player Richarlison scored two goals as Brazil beat Serbia 2-0 in their World Cup opener on Thursday.
