ISLAMABAD: In the FIFA World Cup 2022 Group G Match between Brazil and Switzerland, the Brazilians overcame the gritty Swiss to win 1-0 at Qatar’s 974 Stadium.
With a ball possession of Brazil 47 percent, Switzerland 41 percent and contested 13 percent, the midfielders and defenders of both sides had a tough workout.
Brazil’s Casemiro scored in the 83rd minute while earlier via the VAR a Brazilian goal by Vinicius was nullified as the player was ruled off site.
With two wins, Brazil now join France in the second round.
