ROME: Police officials said on Wednesday that 13 far-right activists were arrested for an attack on Moroccan football fans in Italy.
Reports said that Moroccan football fans were attacked by far-right activists when they were celebrating their historic qualification for FIFA world cup 2022 in Qatar. The fans and supporters of Morocco were reveling in Verona, Italy on Tuesday following Morocco’s historical victory over Spain. Police said that the fans were attacked by a group dressed in black. According to Police, the attackers were identified as members of a far-right group in the city.
